I loooovee Indian food. Well, actually exotic food in general, but Indian food is way up there. I was absolutely thrilled that my tandoori chicken turned out so well. Plus I got to use the Japanese-rice topping thingy on my rice!
The whole process of making it is a bit time-consuming and I've been feeling very lazy lately so no posts on how to make it but there are instant masala mixtures available in most supermarkets that taste equally good so that's an idea right there!
Anyway, it was a really good lunch. :D
